Sharon A. Barchacky is sole owner and President of Medical Transcription Services, Inc. Her Green Bay business was born 20+ years ago when she started her business by marketing to local physician offices and typing from home while raising her children. With its excellent reputation in outsourcing and expanding services throughout the Midwest, we have hired over 50 highly skilled transcriptionists and an excellent support team to focus on premium customer care.
Sharon is a member of AHDI (The Association for Healthcare Documentation Integrity) AHIMA (American Health Information Management Association) and the previous CDIA (Clinical Documentation Industry Alliance). She is also a member of NFIB (National Federation of Independent Business) and the BBB (Better Business Bureau). Sharon has attended yearly national association conferences and served on several committees. This ongoing commitment to education and networking has been immensely valuable to our growth and reputation.
Being a native of Green Bay, Sharon is a long time Packer fan. She has raised 3 daughters and 1 son, who is serving in the US Army. She is the proud grandmother of two beautiful granddaughters. Her hobbies include playing string bass and blackjack.
Chris Tassie is the Infraware Admnistrator/Technology Support person at Medical Transcription Services. His duties include setting up new clients, maintaining the Infraware platform, and assisting with existing clients. He brings with him over 25 years experience in the Medical Transcription Service Industry.
Chris has 3 children and 3 grandchildren, and is a singer/songwriter/musician in his spare time.
Heather Rae is Quality Assurance Supervisor at Medical Transcription Services, Inc. She joined MTS in 2007 and is responsible for ensuring the overall quality and reliability of all transcription documents delivered to our clients as well as assisting in training and educating transcriptionists throughout their careers with the company.
She has been in the transcription field for 12+ years, working extensively in all medical specialities in both the acute care setting as well as the clinical setting.
Heather is based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and is an avid Green Bay Packers fan. In her spare time, you can find her enjoying the outdoors with her two Bernese Mountain Dogs, Brody and Zoey.
